Account access
Access to personal Vayru records is tied to the user’s account. Users should protect their email account, device passcode and sign-in credentials, and should not share authentication links or codes.
Information in transit and at rest
Vayru uses established hosting and platform services that provide security controls for information transmitted to and stored by the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Service providers
Vayru relies on selected infrastructure and platform providers to operate authentication, synchronisation, storage, website delivery and related functions. Providers are limited to the role needed to deliver the service.
Apple platform controls
Apple Health permissions are managed by Apple and remain under the user’s control. iPhone and Apple Watch security features, including device passcodes and biometric controls where enabled, provide additional protection.
Backups and resilience
Operational backups and monitoring are used to support service reliability and recovery. Backup copies follow controlled retention and access practices and are not used for advertising.
Your part
- Use a secure email account and device passcode.
- Keep iOS, watchOS and Vayru up to date.
- Do not share sign-in codes or reset links.
- Export important reports before deleting an account.
Report a concern
If you believe your account or information may have been compromised, contact Vayru promptly through the support contact page. Include enough detail to investigate, but do not send passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary health records.
