Delete from the app
When account deletion is available in your installed version, open Settings → Account and follow the account deletion instructions.
Request assistance
If you cannot access the app, use the contact page and select account deletion. Additional verification may be required to protect your information.
What happens next
Account information and personal records will be scheduled for deletion, subject to backup cycles, fraud prevention, legal obligations and records that must be retained by law.
Export first
Download any reports or CSV files you wish to keep before deleting the account. Account deletion may not be reversible.
